2010 deer mod fire

checked wdfw couln't find it, guessing oct 16. its lets make a deal time at work, long range planning.

Gearhead if you go to the proposed regs for 2010 it says modern starts the 17th this year.

I think the rule is THE FIRST saturday AFTER the 10th.    That would make it the 16th this year.
